HOUSTON, Oct. 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- MRC Global Inc. (NYSE: MRC) announced today that Williams Companies has awarded a preferred supplier agreement to MRC Global.  As a preferred supplier, MRC Global will supply pipe, valves and fittings (PVF) for Williams' projects, maintenance, repair and operations.  The agreement has a five year term with options to extend for successive one year periods.
