On January 9, 2014, MRC Global Inc. announced that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2013 financial results on Thursday, February 20, 2014 after the market closes. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Friday, February 21, 2014, to discuss the results for the quarter. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the announcement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

EARNINGS RELEASE AND CONFERENCE CALL SCHEDULE
HOUSTON, January 9, 2014 – MRC Global Inc. (NYSE: MRC) announced today that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2013 results on Thursday, February 20, 2014 after the market closes. In conjunction with the release, the Company has scheduled a conference call, which will be broadcast live over the Internet, for Friday, February 21, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern / 9:00 a.m. Central.
