On September 11, 2013, MRC Global Inc. announced that it will release its third quarter 2013 financial results on Thursday, October 31, 2013 after the market closes. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Friday, November 1, 2013, to discuss the results for the quarter. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the announcement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

RELEASE AND CONFERENCE CALL SCHEDULE
HOUSTON – SEPTEMBER 11, 2013 – MRC Global Inc. (NYSE:MRC) announced today that it will release its third quarter 2013 results on Thursday, October 31, 2013 after the market closes.
