Regulation FD Disclosure.
 
On March 18, 2022, MRC Global Inc. (“MRC Global” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its first quarter 2022 financial results on Monday, May 9, 2022 after the market closes. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, to discuss the results for the quarter. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Earnings Release and Conference Call Schedule

 

 

HOUSTON, TX – March 18, 2022 – MRC Global Inc. (NYSE: MRC) will release its first quarter 2022 results on May 9, 2022, after the market closes. In conjunction with the release, the company will host a conference call, which will be webcast, on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern / 9:00 a.m. Central.
