Regulation FD Disclosure.
 
On December 7, 2021, MRC Global Inc. (“MRC Global” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2021 financial results on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 after the market closes. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, to discuss the results for the quarter and the year. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Earnings Release and Conference Call Schedule

 

 

HOUSTON, TX – December 7, 2021 – MRC Global Inc. (NYSE: MRC) will release its fourth quarter and full year 2021 results on February 15, 2022 after the market closes. In conjunction with the release, the company will host a conference call, which will be webcast, on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern / 9:00 a.m. Central.
