Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 3, 2020, MRC Global Inc. announced that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2019 financial results on Thursday, February 13, 2020 after the market closes. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Friday, February  14, 2020, to discuss the results for the quarter and the year.
