On August 5, 2011, McJunkin Red Man Holding Corporation announced that it will release its second quarter 2011 financial results on August 12, 2011. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Monday, August 15, 2011, to discuss the results for the quarter ended June 30, 2011. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the announcement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
