Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 3, 2020, MRC Global Inc. (“MRC Global” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its second quarter 2020 financial results on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 after the market closes. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Wednesday July 29, 2020, to discuss the results for the quarter. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
