HOUSTON, April 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- MRC Global Inc. (NYSE: MRC) announced that its subsidiary, MRC Global (US) Inc., has been awarded an agreement to be the preferred provider of pipe, valve and fitting (PVF) products and services to PBF Energy Company LLC (PBF). The five year agreement includes all project and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) needs.

As part of this agreement, MRC Global will now service the Torrance, CA and Chalmette, LA refineries, which were recently acquired by PBF, in addition to its Delaware City, DE; Paulsboro, NJ and Toledo, OH refineries.
